| Khmerteens members is going to hold up the event CHEER UP FOR JAPAN on 29 September, 2012 at Piano Cafe in Phnom Penh. In the event we serve dinner(buffet) with music performance by khmerteens band and Cambodian Transitional dance perform by orphanage children. 100 seats are available with only 15USD/pax. Purpose of the event. our friends in Japan visited at the disaster area and visited the Center of the tsunami survivors and they bought the handicrafts made by the mothers who lost family and houses and almost lost everything. 100 of handicrafts are bought and sent to Cambodia for the event. So we are holding up the event to cheer up the tsunami survivors and motivate them from Cambodia. Khmerteens are pleased to invite all friends to join the event. There are many opportunities that children and adult can learn and enjoy music in many developed countries, in public or private schools. But in Cambodia, there is a limited chance for people who have a dream in music. Cambodia was destroyed by civil war, everything have started up again from the zero point. Khmerteens Project created to promote and to give a chance to Cambodian people who love music to enjoy music for peace and happiness. Khmerteens Project can not stay alone to hold a huge dream of Cambodian people to develop music skills, we need your support to make a dream for every body, please join with us to share the happiness and for peace by music.
Khmerteens Project started in 2007 and working with street children. Khmerteens created music project to educated 11 Cambodian street boys who have a dream to be a musician and to survive by performance music. Since 2007 up to now, those who have learned music reached their dream and become a musician as they wish to be. Khmerteens members working and entertaining music for everyone in Cambodia and we are looking for support to create the next project to share our music knowledge to many others street children to have a chance in music.
